This project focused on the complete landscape upgrade of a villa in Jumeirah Park, Dubai, on a plot of approximately 650 sqm. The objective was to create a unique outdoor space with a bohemian design, tailored for social gatherings and family use. The scope included swimming pool construction, pergola, sunken seating, outdoor kitchen, and full MEP and lighting works. The result is a vibrant and functional outdoor environment designed for both relaxation and events.

Transformed the outdoor area into a fully equipped luxury space for large social events and family living.

The client wanted to convert a standard villa yard into a high-quality outdoor space suitable for hosting large gatherings, while ensuring comfort, functionality, and visual identity.

InfraNova delivered a complete turn-key landscape solution, managing all stages from design to execution. The project included a custom-designed pool, pergola, sunken seating area, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bespoke barbecue. Premium materials such as Spanish marble, German fixtures, and Italian kitchen elements were integrated to achieve a refined and durable finish. All technical systems including irrigation, drainage, and lighting were carefully planned and executed.
